Manage your personal account, credits, notification preferences, and platform-wide configurations.

Profile​

Your personal command center for account details and integrations:

  • Basic Info & Security: Update your nickname, timezone, and change your password.

  • Credits & Referrals: View your current credits, VIP expiration, and invite friends to earn bonuses.

  • Notification Settings: Configure how you receive alerts (Platform, Telegram, Email, Discord, or custom Webhooks).

  • Exchange Configuration: Securely connect and manage your external exchange API keys (Binance, Bybit, OKX, etc.) required for live trading bots. Exchange Configuration

  • Activity Logs: Review your credits consumption log and referral history.

Billing​

Manage your subscriptions and credits for premium NameX features:

  • Dashboard: Monitor your current VIP status and breakdown of usage costs (AI Analysis, Backtesting, Live Trading, etc.).
  • Membership Plans: Upgrade to Monthly, Yearly, or Lifetime plans to unlock VIP benefits.
  • Credits Top-up: Purchase additional credits for pay-as-you-go features.
  • Crypto Payments: Checkout seamlessly using crypto (USDC/USDT) via supported networks (Ethereum, BSC, Base) with QR code or manual transfer options.

System Settings​

Note: Some settings may be restricted to administrators.

  • Platform Configuration: Adjust core system settings including Authentication methods, AI providers, and Trading engine parameters.
  • AI Integration: Check external LLM provider balances (e.g., OpenRouter) directly within the dashboard.
  • Billing Administration: Configure crypto payment networks, token contracts, and manage product offerings.

Troubleshooting & FAQ​

  • Why are my exchange API keys showing "Invalid"? Ensure that you have enabled trading permissions for your API key on the exchange, and that IP whitelisting (if enabled) includes NameX's server IPs.
  • My crypto payment for Credits hasn't arrived. Blockchain confirmations can take a few minutes. If it takes longer, verify that you sent the payment via the correct network (e.g., BSC vs Ethereum) as configured in the top-up wizard.
  • Can I connect multiple accounts from the same exchange? Yes, you can manage multiple exchange API connections, just give them distinct labels during setup.
  • What happens when my VIP subscription expires? Your account will revert to the Free tier. Premium bots and scheduled tasks may be paused. You can continue using free features or top up via Pay-as-you-go credits.
